Random thought about leading:

Do you drive differently when people are following you? You should live differently when people are following you. You drive by yourself, for yourself. But if you drive with someone behind who needs direction or they may loose the way, you drive with them constantly in mind. You make decisions for both cars. You signal earlier and move slower, never loosing sight of them, always making sure they know early enough to move with you. You have a common destination that you probably discussed before you got in the car to drive. Your consideration of the followers is evident by your actions and they feel cared for. You look ahead for issues that impact them. You lead the way.
